Service 66 getting a K230UB. Since it touches the East, I wonder what will be the feedback of the people of the East who take 66 be like. Since the K230UBs have very few seats, please, please put them on shorthaul.
People take gassy before.. if they are lucky enough. No matter where u live you will more or less have the same feedback as the rest of the commoners who have travelled on the K230 before.
today SBS8453A with EDS showing off service was seen turning out of AMDEP at 1.45pm, with several BCs on board. think going for familiarisation training.
SBS8449M and SBS8451E were also spotted parking inside AMDEP. seem like the 84** series also come to East district?

Most probably is, although it seems more likely 52 gets it's K230s from SLBP.

The new schedule doesnt take effect from Monday at least.
SBS 8435C on Svc 51 today :)
Yesterday, the K230 I was on broke down at an ungodly place and at an ungodly hour.I hope the driver didn't have to wait too long for the recovery truck.
Service 99 has long served the Jurong West Extenstion Area yet
185 get the WAB's first.
So unfair.
Wheelchair users aside, DD's are already quite elderly-friendly compared to our mostly high-floor SD's.
What to do? 99 is not under SLBP, mah. But don't worry lah, it will get the K230 eventually.......once the Mk IV and VO are phased out! :-D
AMDEP getting more K230. SBS8168/8169/8170/8173/8460 plus at least 5 others were spotted inside AMDEP today.

The latest registration exercise, buses involved are for AMDEP.

No, because CGA tunnel is not bumper friendly. A possible service to get K230 is 145, it passes through CBD and Chinatown area.

It is too early to say NO. S24 BCs has undergone WAB training this week. lemon1974 mentioned that there are more than 10 units spotted.

Are you sure? The roads in CGA where the buses pass through have quite a number of sharp turns and sometimes humps too. I have a feeling that the roads there are quite narrow. I can't imagine what will happen to the K230 bumper if its used on CGA.

Let's give a warm welcome to the kerb specialist of SGForums.
Say, SBST should consult you on which service the K230s be deployed on.
Oh my, I'm so proud to have known you. Like totally!
