the Scania k230Ub is a crush loader model by oopinion . u can literally squeeze much more people into the bus than a normal SD due to the enlarged standee area.
the term crush loader orginates from Uk n HK where HK old double deckers were simply standee on lower deck with nos eats n have seats only upper deck. very crush loading one.
So wat do you want to say?

premium service to shenton way also got K230 mah. why cant use leh?
maybe next time when the mk3s are phased out svc 170 will use K230
I am still quite puzzled. Does the current K230UB got two kind of dress rims for the front wheel?

Or the Mark IVs, which to me is the "heir apparent". Of course, I may be wrong.

I don't recall SBST's KUBs having any dress rims fitted.
Unless you're talking about the HiPPOtours' KUBs..

based on current road conditions in JB, the K230 will be gone case very fast if deploy on Sv 170. But then it might be several years later and K230 will be old buses alrd.
Anyone notice the EDS configuration for Sv 24? The front EDS scroll between only Upper Paya lebar road/sims ave east/upper changi road , with final destination "changi airport" at bottom line. SBST can add a few more roads detail on the EDS mah. For Sv 265, it just change from AMK Ave 9 to Ave 2 to Ave 3 to Ave 8. Did not mention anything abt St 51/52 etc.

the road details of the EDS of both SMRT and SBST have the main roads that the service ply, therefore those minor roads that they ply won't be displayed. that's what i've been observing.

But then they should include the looping point right? I never see St 54 on 265's EDS.
