My 3rd Scania K230UB ride and it is 8152T!!! BTw there is a typo of a sticker (You know the windows those posters about give way to elderly/pregent ppl) It say this "This green seats are for those..." Actually the seats are yellow instead. I hope you understand what I mean. Btw, what is the sticker at the seat behind the driver cabin?

yaya, the Golden Years Guidelines.
rode K230UB on all the services that haven gotten it, full route, except the Premium crossover. have to say 163 is most enjoyable. its nice to see it used to link the ulu with the heartlands.
My 4th Karnia ride again and tis time it was like ok bah. BTw I just found out that is the sticker near the driver cab means, it means to "Mind ur head" when you seat =.=

Service 163 is one of my regular bus routes as it passes near my house, haha. Have been taking this route ever since it was a NAC MB0405 fleets, followed by those days when it was under Tibs, then back to SBST again. The most interesting part was when service 163 was extended to Sengkang, where the MB0405 fleets were "converted" into Volvo fleets of different varients, and now with SBS1688K and Scania K230UBs. ![]()
But rather I think that a Scania K230UB ride will be more interesting on service 53 as it travels through Hougang, Pasir Ris, plus non-stop along ulu places like Tampines Road, TPE etc. Will like to take a joyride there one of these days.

Did you just create this account to shoot people? i believe if you do not have anything nice or constructive to say. Keep to yourself.
you are highly likely a clone. SBS8043A second edition. What's the point of bringing disorder to a community? seriously. making people upset is what you like?

Sv 24 should be getting 2 more K230 right? seem like they are waiting for the ad of some MBO405 to expire first.
Anyone seen 8457/8458 on any service yet?

Just to confirm something: Is it true that all newly-registered K230s park at HGDEP before being sent out to other depots? This was the same scenario I saw when 8084/8086/8088 departed HGDEP one day to go into AMDEP.

I wonder by the time all 500 Scanias are out and everything settled down, how many pages this thread would be if we continued it. ![]()
