I'm only using the Samsung SGH-X820 aka Ultra Edition 6.9mm..it has a 2-Megapixels camera but there's no autofocus function..
And it's seriously not very clear..there are camera phones that take even clearer pictures..one example is SE K800i/K810i/K850i CyberShot phones or Nokia's N73/N95 camera phones with Carl Zeiss Tessar lenses..
Here's an example of a very clear picture taken with a Nokia N73 3.2-Megapixels camera..taken at a Carrefour in Hainan Island, China..
