  I think it's more of the road being tilted. If you can look carefully, the distance between the wheels and the body is still within acceptable. Plus, if the bus were to tilt that much, it should have overturned already. More still, it wouldn't have been on the roads.

  If you want to take photos at the centre median, go ahead, but always remember, SAFETY FIRST!
  
  Some traffic island consist of 2 pieces of D1 kerb placed together or just cast in-situ concrete divider. These are not a safe place to stand and take photos.
  
  Go ahead and stand along centre medians that are wide, like Kampong Bahru Road.
  
  So to TIB1049L, please take care of yourself. What you do has consequences for others, especially motorists who are afraid of what you are doing, taking photos.
  
  

  I normally make sure its quite wide enough, or else I wouldn't stand there too
