Giving way to buses reduced waiting time

  Why only at drive thru Mac then have air fresheners???
  
  Had not been to a Mac for a long time let alone drive thru ones...

  i dun mind driving slow, especially when there is time. Driving slower sometimes = less stress and easier to control => definitely safer

  well i look at it this way
  
  car owner - pay money - a lot - for car, want convienince, prefer that cuz bus very restricted n dun go the place he want direct n fast, he too has a right to road space.
  
  with car population going up, and COE prices gg down.. cars are fast increasing on Sg roads.
  
  BUT!
  bus company, Ssubsidized by government, subsidized by taxpayer money. thats means me n u
  
  so "me and u" have the right to demand for our bus space on road if we dun own car.. meaning we would want the bus to have a sort of right of way when leaving the lay-bys.
  
  so u cannot say the bus is hogging the road (unless its blatantly driving at 35km/h along a 60km/h road )
  
  in this case its a matter of taxpayers for subsidized govt tpt vs private owned car owners fight over space on road. no clear winner worh. so both share road best

  Of course,u can opt to prevent them from getting into ur lane by squeezing even more into whats left of the space in front of you.This is routine in JB checkpoint during jams

  The bus will stop there and still try and turn into your lane.
  It's just delaying the problem.

  i dun think they are giving out? i been to the drive thru at AMK Park many times since Nov 1 early morning and i never receive any air freshener at all till now..

  Ever noticed twice, Sv 966 bus form up at Jln Toa Payoh/ Upp S'goon Rd junction on the right turning lane
  
  Driver attempted to squeeze into the left lane from him w/o signal
  
  That Sv 966 bus should have turned right to Bendemeer Rd since it's on the right turning lane
