The LO2x is in late-2003 -
Some of the 0305s were still seen towards the end of year 2000.

someone posted a photo of a yellow bus here sometime back. it was sold to i-forgot-wat-organisation and then painted yellow. that was a VO2X anyway. i'll try digging the photo out, then u see is it that one. -

It looks like an leyland olympian 2 axle
The backlights are "laid flat" against the body of the bus while the volvo's one protrudes slightly. The front windscreen is also the old type with a divider in the middle, and not the ones used for the newer double deckers.

erm i took a LA in 2002 feb 17. chiense new yr day 2. then next day bus went scrapyard.
a bus on 222 forgot rego.
Lo2x my last ride (uhh no reference to The Undertaker of WWE) was in oct 2003. -

it's a VO2x. confirmed with my photo of 154 VO2x when i spotted it along Jln Ulu Siglap. that house there looks lyk a childcare centre...recognise it immediately with the Walter Alexander bodywork and the windows. it's totally the same windows as VO2xOriginally posted by 201911:yellow bus ar...

But, I thought that bus sold to TJC wasn't supposed to move about and stay only at the school compounds to serve as a student lounge?
I didn't know students breaktime = a ride around on a bus. -

MB O305s are the favourite of my buses. Sad to see them being phased out. I only took them once and fell in love with it, but I forgot which service I took on... (Forgot if it was one of the Tampines services or the Jurong services, anyone englighten me whether the MB O305s belong to SLBP or BNDEP?) -
The 0305's were mostly found in HGDEP and AMDEP Services , and i don't think theres SLBP at that time , its JRBP (Jurong Bus Park)Originally posted by Oceane:

Big and Bulky ? That means you dont like any of the current DD buses except VO 2 axles) . Noisy? Are you sure ?
Leyland Alanteans are worse if you ask me.
