  no. recommend u take train if u can. if not u can 147 will bring u to outram park mrt then u can walk towards neil rd. (:

  if not u can consider take 147 then change to 166 at bencoolen st to neil rd.

  when u need to go back just walk back to outram park mrt that side and take train or bus 147 along eu tong sen st.

  Take 854 to last stop at Eunos Link from Yishun, cross the bridge and take services like 8 22 65 61 63.

  Take 969 to Tampines Interchange and transfer to Service 22 or 65. Alight at Ubi Ave 2 and walk to Ubi Ave 3.

  
  Or if you want direct to Ubi Ave 3

  Take 851/852 to AMK Ave 6 (Last Bus Stop) transfer to 133. Alight at Serangoon Ave 2 and transfer to 58 to Ubi Ave 3.

  Wrong. Service 65 is faster than 22 from Tampines Int to Ubi Ave 2.

  FYI, 22 and 65 take different routes from Tampines to Ubi Ave 2.

  65 take tampines ave 5 and ave 1.

  22 take tampines ave 4 skipping ave 5.

  but,still same.3 stops for 65 and 3 stops for 22 to meet again at bdk reservoir rd.

  Ave 5 and 1 that junction very jam one.can take 22 if rush for time.
