  if u mean the mrt tracks there shld b the extension that will further deeper into boon lay...if u say below is the new condo n the interchange nxt time will b underground

  Air-Con Boon Lay Interchange Underground. On top will be Jurong Point extension, and The Centris (the condo) will be on top of the new Jurong Point wing.
  
  So 1 building 3 functions - Bus Interchange, Shopping Centre, Condo (Condo will be directly connected to Jurong Point by lift).

  Well, Jurong east and Hougang are getting shops but they are developed by SBST, not SMRT.
