Weird, No destos on bus but with passengers

There was a huge traffic jam when I was onboard TIB937E on 167 near Fullerton at 0012 hrs. 3 Scanias were bunching each other on 100 and they are all fully loaded with pax. Reason for Jam. A safety Barrier got knocked down and all the people rush onto the roads like the road is closed. Bus got stuck for 30 mins plus. BC headache, Traffic Police also headache
But there were teenagers knocking the bus body and I have to shout, 'Stop Knocking!', to them and one scold the f#$%@# word.
BC turn off the EDS lighting. The words are there but the lights are not.
The BC is female driving last bus to Sembawang. Doing 167PM01 timetable if i'm not wrong. Arrive at SEmbawang at 1:50 am. -
SPF is poor in doing this year's crowd control. Do you know how many thousands of people were waiting to get out of the area? Road Closure area should border at Marina Blvd, Finlayson Green, D'almeida St, Malacca St, Market St, Chulia St. This is south of Singapore River. North should comprise of Parliament Lane, St Andrew's Rd, Raffles Ave, Nicoll Highway, Raffles Blvd, Temasek Ave, Raffles Ave.
Until this year they still havent learn their lesson. The countdown to 2007 was somewhat similar.

Yesterday I took Svc 36 (SBS 1986A) from T1. Wa.. waited the bus for 20mins (I think because the jam at the city). The BC remove the desto at T2 after reporting at the terminal at T2.
Marvellous ride, BC was late so the BC speed along PIE/ECP, I can confirmed the bus is travelling more than 70km/h.. Wat I pity was those pple waiting for Svc 36 at Marine parade then the bus only stop for alighting passengers and the BC stop the bus a certain distance before the bus stop.
So the trip from Changi Airport to Suntec City was less than 30mins -

but i think he's worried even when the next bus arrives may still unable to cope with the load, and also worried that pax waste their time waiting for the next bus and become frustrated and late for work or school. but spending 8 mins at one bus-stop to do just that is ridiculuous.
slightly off topic; the original licence capacity for eg the MBO405 buses was 47 sitting and 28 standing. but was later revised to 47 sitting and 36 standing without any obvious interior layout changes. i think the intention was to prevent people from challenging the stated capacity and actual carrying load. -

Saw one 174 CAC Merc w/o destos zoom past & had to wait for abt another 10-15 mins for a 174 Scania K230UB to board & both bus reached Boon Lay Temp Int together...
Also saw 2 Express 506 Mk 4 buses w/o desto zooming along Jurong Town Hall Rd bef during PM Peak... -
i know a total of more than 50 destoless 143s entered tpy int on new years eve between 5pm-1.30am...according to route master..he shake head..
