  No . Not the same . 'Your' 9199C overtook 2 buses , a Scania N113CRB CAC & a SMRT OAC Merz.

  Nope. I just watched the video... the acceleration sounds more like our Scania L113CRLs, while the deceleration sounds like the Dennis Lances. No matter what, the Scanias and Lances both use ZF gearbox, so the sound would probably be similar.
  
  SMRT's DAF SB220LTs use Voith gearbox... their engine sound is abit (not totally) like the Hispano Voith bendies or the Voith O405s in SBST.

  Eh i beg to differ . I somehow think that the DAfs sound more like mk3s .

  Hmm I would say quite a bit for the acceleration sounding for the ZF MKIIIs.

  Sorry for the confusion. I mean the SMRT DAFs sound more like MKIIIs . Their way of shifting gears are very similar since they have the same gearbox, the Voith DIWA 381.4

  1257C also same.They purposely make it slip so that the SL dont drag the pick up or whack top speed ruthlessly

  TIB 0747 L is AMDEP 969 if I'm not wrong.

  TIB582U on Sv 965 will beep a sound continously when the limit speed has been reached. Is it locked or the beep is used as a warning? Because that time, the SL keep on tap on the pedal and the sound beep continously along TPE/SLE and felt that the bus is moving faster than normal

  A warning . Some 171 OAC merc also like that. Beep is on but bus still speed even faster.

  I think thats all, but do note that certain batches of lances somehow has much different ride comfort levels, eg TIB906 vs TIB939. 906 feels like the bus has totally no suspension. 939 is the direct opposite. One way to identify the batches are to look at the poles. Yellow painted vs metal. Weird.

  Today I was on SBS 0752 P (SV 39) on my way back to Yishun... initially it overtook TIB 0429 E (SV 969) after entering the TPE but I guess the bus sped up and overtook SBS 0752 P at 85 km/h.
