You can't really say that. Singapore buses have automatic transmission, whilst some cars have manual transmission. Indefinitely, an auto gearbox switches gear faster than a manual gearbox, and that fact allows buses to overtake cars just when the light turns green. Not even that... What's more.. there are so many things different from a bus and a car, and also between buses:
1. Horsepower
2. Gear Ratios
3. Torque supplied

okay thanks for the info, but shouldnt it be DH10A? ive seen it on some webby before as DH10A, but it did not state the horsepower. still, thanks anyway. im guessing the torque should be around the range of a O405, maybe more or less, but should be around there -

As for torque, should be less than the 0405's. Not sure not sure. -
haha, as i guessed. but i think it shld be able to compete with a merdz. its acceleration really sucks you into the seat.

Merz seems to have more torque is becuz of its rear Hub Reduction axle . Its purpose is to reduce rotational speed and increase torque . Hence the merz will seem "more torquey" . -

i think sbst limited the accel and top speed of those things, as they seem slower compared to red seat ones.
