you're trying very very hard to string together all the links in Bishan/ Upp Thomson/ Sin Ming that are currently unavailable. but i don't think this is possible bcos of the PTC territorial thing... the service does not go a direct route to Woodlands int. it seems to be avoiding the main traffic loads like Bishan MRT/ Upp thomson road/ Bishan St 22, which similar services like 88/ 410 will ply. looks more like a supplementary service for areas like Sin MIng and Marymount road which dont have much services. bear in mind though the loading may not be enough for it to be feasible for SBST to operate.
woodlands part i cant comment bcos im not familiar with the area. but this service is good for me bcos it serves bishan north (marymount that area) where i stay.
