  i was waiting for S100 along queensway opp. SCDF HQ 1st Div when this bus pulled into the bus stop. an elderly man was alighting from the bus. he held on to the handrail of the bus door and made his alighting.
  
  LO AND BEHOLD, the top end of the hand rail came off and the hand rail pivoted on the bottom end as the elderly man set foot on the bus stop. i already jolted up from my seat at the bus stop when i saw it happen, prepared to catch the elderly man.
  
  he pivoted the handrail back to its original position, BC closed doors and bus left for JE Int.

  228L one cannot hear but can feel a bit of jerk (similar to when the bus changes into neutral); 530M, 3841X, 3899E, 3922X have.

  Notice that there are more and more "Dennis Dragons" (ie, badly maintained Cummins engines which make them sound like the older version of Cummins Engines found on the Dragons) around....

  In fact blue tix is all for JB reg buses, but they don't care when they withdraw the tix nowadays. Even TIB1062Y also got blue tix. Once my TIB465A started giving out white tix but ran out of stock after 2 days

  Those are the retrofitted LO3x engines I'm talking about. They all sound deeper like the engines on the Dragons and can actually chiong faster than other LO3x.
