  This morning, due to the heavy rain & the traffic congestion at Bishan Street 22, there were no buses in the interchange.

  All Raffles institution students were aiting for thee next 410 Green plate due to the rain..cannot walk....

  Also heard from my friend is that the Ang Mo Kio Part also got congested...

  Amk Ave 6/8 were heavily jammed in the direction towards bishan. Ave 3 also jammed.  The jam on Ave 6 stretch all the way till Lentor Ave (after SLE). No buses were spotted in YCK terminal at around 8.15 am. Sv 72 queues at YCK terminal stretch until very very long till the entrance of the MRT station. 3 Sv 72 ADD reach YCK terminal together at 8.25 am and each one is full till the door. Sv 13 buses were also bunched when reach YCK terminal. SBS3787 of Sv 13 were severely late , thus affecting the timing of Premium 548 as well.

  Its detailed because it has the WAB timings incorporated in the full schedule, while for the rest its only WAB timings..

  The opp side one nt ready yet.. Btw, would the 2 bus stop a bit too near? No, heard from the route planner that Svc 242 would change to ply that route too.

  Got the extra brake light at the back of the bus? If not it is jst a hoax because of the JB sticker at the back of the bus and the company label at the side of the bus.

  A similar thing happened on PIE ytd. A truck carrying concrete slabs tipped over at PIE, blocking both sides of PIE. Heading Tuas side were reduced to 1 lane. The direction going towards Changi is worst hit. All lanes closed, only road shoulder accessible. This resulted in 960 and 190 being to pass thru that site only after getting stucked in the jam for an hour. Other svcs were hit badly as well, 52, 985 just to name a few.

  
  Heading Tuas side, jams eased at around 9-10pm. However, towards Changi side, jam eased only at 11.30pm. People at Bugis waiting for 960 were severely hit by long frequencies, waiting up to 20 or even 30mins. Last bus came and people scambled on board. Sad thing is, 3 - 4 people were left behind, unable to board the bus that's packed to the door. No extra deployment were sent.

  I had met this a few times taking the OAC mercz. Part of the reasons is their window.
