Those Mitsubishi Rosas, Mercedes Benz Sprinters and Toyota Coasters are certainly nice and comfortable vehicles.
When Townlink were first introduced, The "Big T" in the Terminating Plate was covered in a "Glow in the dark" material. Now, on most Terminating Plates, the "Big T" is just printed on and on the lastest generation, it is all words ( No "Big T"... lols. ) .
Cityshopper should use the T plate shown on my avatar instead of making 5 new sets of front desto per CS "A" service... Save $$$ too...
It is already like this since the KUbs were intro on 291 on 28/6/08 already de...

You know about the "Glow In The Dark" T Plate? Do You know which Townlink Buses are still using them today?
I would say that SBST has improved on their Cutomer Service standards.
I made a complaint recently and the problem was rectified within an hour. I found that the SBST staff were efficient and swift in dealing with the situation and would like to commend them and also to share it with you guys.
I was onboard SBS9835A on Service 31 from Geylang Rd to Toa Payoh Int.
The bus was stuffy on the upper deck and there was close to no aircon at all. Immediately, i called CRO at 1800 2872727 to report the matter and when the bus reached Toa Payoh Int, it was put out of service and replaced with SBS 9141T. (AMDEP SP) and to top it off, they gave me 2 complimentary tickets as reimbursement or more like service recovery for the unpleasant ride which they took the effort to resolve the problem and would like to applaud them for their efforts

1) Its TIB872H ... the red EDS has been there for quite long already.
2) SBS9182A rear has been like that since few years ago if im not wrong.
