I made a complaint recently and the problem was rectified within an hour. I found that the SBST staff were efficient and swift in dealing with the situation and would like to commend them and also to share it with you guys.
I was onboard SBS9835A on Service 31 from Geylang Rd to Toa Payoh Int.
The bus was stuffy on the upper deck and there was close to no aircon at all. Immediately, i called CRO at 1800 2872727 to report the matter and when the bus reached Toa Payoh Int, it was put out of service and replaced with SBS 9141T. (AMDEP SP) and to top it off, they gave me 2 complimentary tickets as reimbursement or more like service recovery for the unpleasant ride which they took the effort to resolve the problem and would like to applaud them for their efforts
Cool. Congratulations for winning those 2 tickets.
SMRT replies fast too, usually less than 3 days. Guaranteed reply but no action taken, just reply back nicely. LOL... Got talk but no action.
SBS9632T of Service 168 still retains the SuperBus Logo sticker from SBS Era instead of SBS Transit.
it has been there before u join the forum lol
Dunno if sensitive. If too sensitive... just delete... Overheard some BC teaching another how to log in to the DDU at AMK Int.
EDIT: Yeah is sensitive. ):

Wonder if fast reply is only for complaints. I sent in a compliment and they took nearly 2 months to acknowledge.

should post this without mentioning getting complimentary tickets. Some OTHER ppl will be very desperate to send complain letter or call SBST to complain over small things, just to get the complimentary tickets.
TIB1086D.
It has an extra set of grab poles at the second half set of seats in each both sections of the bus.
The articulator section's original habit vents are now replaced by 4 sets ball type SBST-ish aircon ducts. (was wondering why they didnt put in the hispano's original vents found on the MKI and MKII bendies).
There's a black fabric material at the place where at the articulator aircon ducts section.
Refurbished? don't think so.
Side note - TIB1037X is ok le. No more horrid vibrations when changing gears!
Today 5.49pm when I at Jurong West Ave 1 bus stop(towards East), SBS7363H on 198 spotted with PIW inside!

He wasn't even creating a fuss. You're the one that's creating a fuss and courting trouble.
He's just stating that he saw a PIW inside, so what? It's not an everyday affair for some to see PIWs on board. You're making a mountain out of a molehill from his statement in which he didn't, in any way, imply that he thinks the PIW is inside illegally, what fuss is there?

It's just normal for WAB certified service to have PIWs. Does everyone need to report when any WAB certified service have PIW? Everyone knows that WAB certified service can have PIW, so there's no point to post it here.

There are errors in the history section. It was mentioned that the service was re-routed to Teban Gdns terminal in 1995, but as far as I know, the service was already terminating at Teban Gdns terminal a.k.a. Jurong Depot in the 80s.
It was on 12 May 2002, not 2001, that the service was extended to Jurong East interchange skipping Pandan Gdns, then on 19 May 2002, Toa Payoh aircon interchange opened. On 17 Nov 2002, the service was re-routed to ply Pandan Gdns again.
