Another post regarding Destos.
SBST has finally made a new set of training bus desto. (using FF meta Font). Rear Desto is now the same size and design as a typical rear desto.
P.S. Anyone seen this design yet?

The route details on SMRT's next bus stop announcement now have back the "Please move to the rear". Think unless they putting another message, such as "THIS BUS WILL BE DIVERTED", they'll keep the move to the rear message.

saw SBS2634J with its 131 front desto having the arial font.. very large size!

Safety wise; it fails. Its important for interior of public buses to be adequately lit to prevent falling, deter crime etc. I noticed some BCs failed to switch on the lights when the sky's turning dark and also during rainy days with gloomy sky. And usually the front portion of the interior lights are switched off to enhance the BC's vision due to reflection. But some buses are really too dark at the first 1/2 of the bus with lights switched off from entrance door up to exit door.

they shld consider removing that message. it's really ugly and the people who sees it are those already who sat or at the area..

ytd i took one scania kub on 240~ the driver never on the light at about 9pm~ at the back of the bus it was pitch black

Today,Alexandra Rd and Pasir Panjang Rd(outside Haw Par Villa) got major flooding.a lot of buses were almost stuck today.the flood waters almost entered SBS8435C when it was at the Alexandra Rd bus stop because of its low body.the waters were just directly below the undercarriage of SBS8435C.luckily we were on SBS3915S which just sped past the bus stop splashing all the flood waters into a nearby motorcyclist.
