Service 64 Scanias were the first such buses to have a sticker pasted on the cover of the air-con control unit showing instructions on what to do during payment of bus fares (something like that).
Then this is when I found out that I've to show my concession pass if I want to pay the trip by cash.

All go to short-haul routes or SP where their outstanding highway performance all wasted!

IMO, one of the previous HG 89e bus, SBS 0855 B, really CMI. The max it went on TPE (that time I took it on 85) was 65km/h, and the driver have to keep jamming the accelerator to "push" the bus foward.
On Lentor AVE... UD on 855 overtook it at 80km/h while it was at 60km/h.

it doesn't make sense to display on the side desto for eg svc 315 "SERANGOON" because it could mean the bus is heading towards Sgoon Int wheras in actual fact it could also mean the bus is heading towards Sgoon Nth before making a loop back to Sgoon Int. instead, it should display "SERANGOON - SERANGOON NORTH (loop)" to avoid confusion. -
