sway sway TIB565U meet into the accident again that time. the last time is around mid-year when it is off service and rammed into the traffic light along Woodlands Ave 3. TIB565U is most probably WLDEP 75/961 at that time, and at the point of time of the accident, it is going to Bt Panjang Int to start duty on 75 S-shift, according to the rear desto. Good to see it back. Last 2 weeks often see 3722G and/or 0975M cameoing on it's slot while it was away.
P.S.: TIB 0565 U could be the Strider that was involved in the accident together with the DM3500 as well as it's the only other Strider on Lay-Up apart from 0663U which is awaiting spare parts due to a fire on Thomson Rd while on 167 last time. -

u folks be careful when taking guides from rack. theres a hole at bottom of rack. if put wrongly back guides, they will drop out. the feature is there to let rubbish fall out easily.
personally, i'd rather they use the two metal circular holders like the way it was used to be.

In the refurbished version of the guides rack, what was interesting was the new i sign.
And then I saw one 159 guide warped and stucked in one of the racks. -

1. SBS1985C (someone fav bus) got one of the skyliner is blank when the other skyliner has the ad in it.
2. Most of the MB0405 Hispano has 2 BUS STOPPING bell the thiny right, today Iboarded TIB811J and saw that it has only 1 BUS STOPPING bell thiny because the one near the exit seens to be removed.
3. I just found out that the MB0405 Hispano (OAC for me I think) speeds very fast and well on the expressway. Just now boarded TIb811J and this bus speed well on the expressway, somemore overtake a Svc 39 Scania and a Svc 161 VO3X (batch 1) and maybe trucks I think. -

can actually accelerate much quicker than any other 161 vso and probably,quicker than any other voith vso.
a pity it cant go beyond 60kmh.. they strangled the top speed -

Again depends on bus, sometimes the BC itself (because he's late from reference of timesheet). You probably kena some BC who dare to step the pedal harder, slow-poke VSOs suddenly become fast occasionally as far as I observe.
