Of course people will squeeze. Most people have impressions that the NR services will still be operating at 20-35 mins frequency. It is true! The frequency yesterday is like every 6-7 mins got one NR but all still full.. -
The 6 - 7 mins is it counting aft the bus left?
if tat's the case, the real freq could well be abt 10 - 12 mins -

I was at around Tangs and Lucky Bus Stop from 3.50+am.
I used Iris for Sv 6N, it stated that the next bus was 6 mins and subsequent bus was 24 mins.
After around 6-8 mins, a 6N bus had arrived but the bus was packed to the brim and I did not manage to board it. I used Iris again to check the frequency for the next bus but it mentioned that it was not operating now
No choice, need to rely on NR6 and there were many people in the bus stop too. Saw SBS2813J on 1N and the bus was packed to the brim too.
After that saw a bendy(NR7) came but it skipped the bus stops as it was packed to the brim except for the trailer part
After that saw a bendy(NR6) came but the driver did not stop and continued driving as the bus was packed too.
Around 4.30+am, saw a bendy came(NR6), it was fully seated and some passengers standing and managed to board it. Before I boarded the bus, I saw another bendy(NR6) approaching towards the bus stop and saw that the bus was around the same situation in the bus that I was taking.
When I alighted at Serangoon MRT station and walked home, just a few mins later came another NR6 bendy and it was almost fully seated.
The business for yesterday was quite good -
If im not wrong, u were over at Orchard barhx ? If you happen to board the bus at Marina area, you would have known that there was a "bus" jam over at Clarke Quay "the Central". All the buses were stuck there for some reasons. When i was there at around 2am+, my bus was stuck there for 30+ mins. So, even if the bus had a frequency of like 15mins ? yesterday i saw 2 NR7 empty bendy at boat quay... down route from boat quay cos the crowd at esplanade area is bad?

AFAIK For new year eves,NR1(18 duties),NR2(13),NR3(13),NR5(14),NR6(13),NR7(14),NR8(11),Where got 300 buses,Siao ah jam put so many buses.All includes the bendies which operate one directional to heartland only.Originally posted by chickenlittle2:Dunno that BC got crap a not?
