Well as a regular in Yishun town services I've experienced crowds during the afternoon off-peak and evening peak hours, and sometimes evening off-peak towards closing time.
I think that during morning peak hours, especially now during school holidays, 2 rigids can replace 2 bendy slots on 812, because passenger demand on 812 during the morning isn't high at all. The real crowds start to appear after afternoon.
For 800, passenger demand isn't as high as 804 which is always crazily packed, but it still meets OK demands during the entire day which is still OK. A few days ago, a rigid (Lance) cameoed on 800... extremely rare sight. TIB 0914 X by the way... I guess they might be using it to test passenger volumes during off-peak because I thought about it; TIB 1060 C went on 804 that day and by right a bendy should cameo on TIB 1060 C's slot but instead a rigid went.

As for 811, passenger demand is extremely high for the east side of the route but not for the south route. But still, I wonder why there are 5 rigids perm on 811.

It used to be full bendy fleet. I think that 1 bendy from 800 and 2 bendies from 812 can crossover to 811 during the morning, and return to their own services during the afternoon (Passenger demand on 811 from afternoon isn't as high as the morning). The extra rigids can crossover to 800 and 812 during the morning. So it's like a swapover.
As for 804, I seriously think it needs extra buses during the evening peaks. It's about as packed as 190 when it leaves YIS INT. I think that during the evening, extra bendies can be deployed to cope with passenger volumes. Better still if got fleet addition for 804. Always packed like crazy.
