Buses to Ministry of Home Affairs?

  What buses are there to MHA HQ at New Pheonix Park, 28 Irrawaddy Road?
  
  I understand there're no direct buses to MHA, but i need to know which services stop somewhere near the building? It's behind Balestier Hill Secondary/Primary.

  Its along balestier rd. You have to walk in from there. If you are taking 130 from AMK, 139 145 from TPY, 21 131 from Novena MRT alight at the 2nd stop along Balestier Rd, cross the road, locate the Esso petrol kiosk and walk along the side road next to the kiosk till you reach MHA.
  
  If you are taking 130 145 from Bugis, alight after you see the SPC petrol kisok across the road, then locate the Esso petrol kiosk from there.
  
  Other services that pass by there are 21 131 186.

  tat one is ISD not MHA.. MHA is at novena..
