  bad smell =/= more harmful exhaust

  SBST O.405s are Mk Is, and their engine don't meet Euro I specs. SMRT's O.405s are Mk IIs and are Euro I.

  Fuel cells have a short usuable lifespan, they need regular replacements and in this case, the WA Govt has decided not to do so.
