it isnt Hino volgren bodied. Actually, the body was from the Hue Ching Bodyworks of Taiwan.Originally posted by TIB1049L:Is the Hino volgren bodied? The headlights seems like Volgren to me but then the body looks too ... ... off
That is just our TIBS/CSS Hino HT238 buses! (ok, not the same buses, but same design). So now we know they are called Rainbow 1 bodyworks...Originally posted by ZYX2005:Chuobus hokkaido
Here is a Chuobus Hino with rainbow 1 bodywork working on service 5 of Chitose town. . Chuobus translated means central bus. based on mainland central (hence central bus) island of Japan...one wonders why this bus company decided to expand out onto the northern island of Hokkaido
That is Isuzu GALA, and the model should be LV7xx.
Chuobus also operates inter town express coach services. here is one passing by at a rest point somewhere in Hokkaido
This is a Isuzu Gila (yes the bodywork is call Gila) bodywork bus. unknown model of course. guessing LT13x bah. note the use of EDS for route blinds n hard to shoot at EDS.

sorry folks. the bus was parked in the terminal building. this is a Narita arport gate to plane shuttle bus, interior. so it kinda looks dark.
as u can see it is not exactly what one might call, low floor. thhe odd carry-on luggage bag protrudes in this picture.
i think the brand is Mitsubishi bah?
Due to security reasons, one is NOT ALLOWED to shoot exterior pic of a bus at airport. here is an attempted shot of the apron bus i took, and from my plane BEFORE take off

The problem with low floor buses is that the spaces above the front wheels cant be used for seating or standing, that makes it one of the cons as lesser ppl can fit into the vehicle. Furthermore, those high floors are most likely cheaper to buy and to maintain.Originally posted by 201911:Jakarta busways

they use daewoo buses. design of the system is quite like the concept of subway trains, only thing is that buses are used instead of trains. its high floor buses ( ) not low floor buses, reason is that this levels the bus with the platform at the stations. but actually they might as well build a lower platform (around kerb level) and use low floor buses as well, that way the bus would still be level with the platform.
