That's a SC Classic bus on the right?Originally posted by TIB1018B:
Correct. However, you will find that SC Evolution Isuzu LT134Ps and SC Chivalrous MANs/Scanias/Isuzus are more commonly found in Hong Kong than other SC bodies although all 6 SC Auto bodies can be found there (except for SC Crusier Semi-DD).Originally posted by tintinspartan:That's a SC Classic bus on the right?

Yeah, surprising this DD bus can climb up the mountains too . Me and my friends took it up to The Peak from Admiralty MTR. Even some passengers inside (I believe they are Singaporeans too) also commented about the bus going up the mountain and that the driver must have been a very skilful and experience driver.Originally posted by XiaoTaro:Ah... the shortie trident on NWFB15.... this trident is lower than the other tridents in hk... standing only at 4.17 meters
VO3xes too long, that Trident is only 10.3m long.Originally posted by TIB1018B:Yeah, surprising this DD bus can climb up the mountains too . Just imagine if SBST deploys a VO3x on Parks 409
Taking svc 15 down is more exciting... roller coaster ride...Originally posted by TIB1018B:Yeah, surprising this DD bus can climb up the mountains too . Another one is NLB 23, even more exciting than NWFB 15, although they use coach like buses.Originally posted by XiaoTaro:Taking svc 15 down is more exciting... roller coaster ride...
Anyway... theres also a few other nwfb routes to southern parts of hk... just as exciting, and those drivers love to speed as few passengers board the buses en route to the destination... have a try next time!
uhh.... vo3x... before going up.... Fully Air Conditioned double decker...
after coming down.... Partial Air Conditioned double decker (open top)
VO2x? In touch with the natural environmentOriginally posted by Scania:VO3xes too long, that Trident is only 10.3m long.
So here its is sia. thought they scrapped the bus after it disappeared in JBOriginally posted by tintinspartan:
For that, I would also recommend KMB svc 64K, Yuen Long East to Tai Po MTR Station (ex KCR station).Originally posted by Scania:Another one is NLB 23, even more exciting than NWFB 15, although they use coach like buses.
there are a few services to clearwater bay area or the stanley area in HK island which offer exciting rides as well. I think one service is 973. Those DD chiong up and down narrow 1 lane road along the cliff area with sharp turn.. very exciting... also, got nice view as well.Originally posted by Scania:Another one is NLB 23, even more exciting than NWFB 15, although they use coach like buses.
It's bought over by another bus company, which do not have a proper livery cause I went up the bus and found bus timetable belonging to ALEC Bus CompanyOriginally posted by QX5216J:So here its is sia. thought they scrapped the bus after it disappeared in JB

most of these services nothing much one... if u really want try... take Svc 9 to Shek O or 14 to stanley ... tight corners, driving thru a one way dam, and crazy speeding double decks... but the price to pay... theres nothing much except nice rocks and scenery at shek o. Take the mini van back... thats another interesting route...Originally posted by Acx1688:CTB6,6A,6X,260 NWFB66
