Suggestion of EOY Outing

  As the year comes to a close, let's reflect of this year and look forward for the bright new year ahead. This outing will be held on New Years Eve. I have proposed the outing schedule on the KTM Railway Fan Club and it's still pending approval. I would like to invite some of the sgforums bus comunity to join in if approved.

  Since your invitation to us 'needs approval' from the other party, shouldn't you wait until the green light is given, then formally invite us?

  I would suggest that you do not mix different forums together. If you intend to have a train forum gathering, then dont ask people from the bus forum side. At the end of the day, things may not go the way that you want.
  
  As i've mentioned, this is just my point of view. you may ignored what i've said and go ahead with your plan.

  charter a bus for the outing ah
  
  or outing on a bus route from 1 interchange to another interchange for a 2 hrs bus ride? Then go back another 2 hrs?

  Not that I am not trusting you or something, but do you know such events like this needs really good planning. I mean, you have to cater to the needs of Train fans and Bus Fans, which is not really easy because some only likes trains and some only like buses (like me who loves buses but kind of not into trains).
  
  Just have to let you know its not easy, because I just came bck from my NCO Camp today and I have to tell you that because of the really bad planning, the campfire was ruined. The mood wasn't really that as with have expected. Then in the end everyone came pointing their fingers at me with another squadmates because we were the emcees
  
  Anyway, just like what I have said earlier on, you really got to know organizing one isn't as easy as you think
