Once I saw TIB 472 D on Service 700 last Friday at YMCA with Service 172 destination which says "Boon Lay Int/MRT", that bus was going towards Bt Panjang at around evening time.

TIB842U display 184 & destination on front & 184 on side EDS towards Boon Lay twice & SL didn't change the EDS aft parking the bus... Laughing

Speaking of 0842U... someone posted a photo of it on 187 last time. The EDS looks like UK Dennis Lance! Anyone can confirm? I look from the 45 degree angle doesn't look like normal ELBO EDS (sloping down from top) instead it sloped outwards. Rolling Eyes

Yes it does have a Lance-style EDS front/windscreen.

Er, ok...
The top is too much burnt out ie. overexposed. Try not to use auto every time, it takes some time to adjust the photo. In this case only do adjustment to the color if you feel comfortable. Don't do the contrast as the photo will turn more ugly. Use low ISO.
And if you feel comfortable already, then play with the levels, so much that the white part on the front panel becomes easy to see.
