  but i see sometimes when the LO3x do 502 A/P or S its really empty..esp during AM peak and off peak towards soon lee...PM off peak toward marina centre is really empty too i think 9090G put there add alittle joy enough liao..sometimes 502 very packed..but its 1 directional only...1 DD is enough..

  thats the thing..i feel that they should make it 1-directional for 502A, 502B like those FFWs AM Peak towards marina ctr while PM Peak towards soon lee / jurong...while 502 continues the full route..this way..save money..

  Yes. Confirmed with SP sticker on SBS180P. 1-for-1 swap due to presence of Skyliner on 180P and no Skyliner on 169Z, if im not wrong.

  If you ask me, these 2 Mark IV DM3500 should replace the mark IIIs on 197 ! Let 197 have these buses and 2 of the mark IIIs go over to 82.

  Looking from ur list, there should be 2 more buses out from 62 to replace 1 more MKII on 82 and 1 more MKII from 103 either directly or indirectly

  Like Sv16 loh.. only 4 MK4s out of 21 buses. Last time whole fleet was MK4.
  ARBP shld juz give those former 123/SLBP/HGDEP MK4s to 16.

  i feel that they should swap 81 and 197 depot controls because 197 is the only guy under HGDEP not counting 87 which terminates at Sengkang
  
  that means
  81 BNDEP HGDEP
  197 HGDEP BNDEP
  
  81 has 16 buses while 197 has 14 buses under HGDEP...the 2 B10TLs from BNDEP 81 transfer over to the NEW BNDEP 197 (new buses) while 2 HGDEP 197 Mark IIIs transfer to the NEW HGDEP 81...the rest of the buses remain under the same service but different depot...

  thinking on this..i feel
  
  64 and 86 should have the swap between HGDEP and AMDEP too..
  the only thing is the 0405s on 86 would have to move...and it would be troublesome as 64 has K230UBs..
