No, some of them would not be extended,can tell by some of the buses not refurbished. Btw, SBS 202K lifespan expire on 29 Jan 2008 but this bus would be extended due to the recent refurbish.

So, you are saying that they have recently refurbished a bus which already had its lifespan expired in order for it to get its lifespan extended? Many of the Mk II had their lifespans extended without/before going through refurbishment, right?

They had refurbished those which only expire later. Some of them above that are not refurbished would be scrapped.

actually he is right.
s62 has s64 kind of demand. only peak hour then got demand. then again u still cna run SD bus on 62 n v few ppl take during 6pm. this happens if s62 bus bunch up. technically u could run a SD bus behind a DD bus n let the DD take the loads n SD as a helper.
ppl cna take service 80 or 43 or other bus along pyl rd dun need to wait until 62 comes.
the high loads is bet paya leabr till hougang. at most the poor K230Ub will have full standees. but good during off peak when no deamnd. is like 64 one.
i can let u know s64 also have full fleet DD on sat tiehseets sometimes but it does not justify the deployment as most of them will run half empty. does not mean they deploy full fleet DD on sat means it is right..

so how can 9187L go to 9156B slot if it is on A/P shift instead of S/E shift ????
And it is ridiculous to replace another SD with a DD , cause there is no need for so many DDs . ALL Kosong at night . Plus got a Vo2x Xover some more .

SBS 9109M got the perm sticker. SBS 9100L is only A/P shift & NOT SBS 9187L(today driven by the old BC, E shift). SBS 9121B also on A/P Shift. SBS 9126M should be on the S shift today.
242 is like that one,full when they come out frm Int but kosong at the return trip. Not like Svc 243W, kosong the whole day but only pack in the peak hours.

IT may be a fleet addition or replaces 482T , or revesion in timetable or one of the DDs is out . WAIT & see .
and i saw 9187L Just now driven at 10pm indian A/P Shift BC ..... i dont think 482 T is on 242 today ...
