I have to agree that hgdep could maintain Volvo buses better than any depots. Comparing bndep & bbdep, bndep volvo buses are slightly better than bbdep. You can't compare slbp with amdep. amdep takes better maintenance of their buses, and even fork out money to refurbish the buses. I can say amdep buses are usually cleaner. I cannot deny the North- East sides depot are doing a gd job for their maintainance but confirm not for the eastern side. The eastern sides seems to be happening a lot of things lately.
What I want to say is that the western depots should improve on their maintenance. slbp as the latest SBST depot, I would expect better quality buses. -

The lastest record of any buses burnt until scrapped is still SLBP!

AFAIK
BNDEP: SBS71X, dunno when but on svc 16
AMDEP: SBS563T, 29 Apr 2002 but no one can confirm, maybe due to accident or fire

If SLBP wants to maintain it's buses, the first thing they should do is repaint them. I dun really like to repeat myself. SBS 7326S is just purely a very scare accident. At least, u wont see a lot of SLBP buses having smoke everywhere (nearly to burnt) or wheels coming off, Buses kiss together, bad suspension problem, the light at the rear of the bus not replaced. Like I say, that's why they are No 1 !

I agree the there are a lot of paint drop off and the front bumper. Cos if they repaint the front, u would see more badges gone.
