should a terminal for bus to malaysia be built?

Currently the buses depart from various place but got few dedicated terminal. The 1 at golden mile complex is seriously a difficult place for passenger to board. Also a problem for other vehicle constantly causing jams. Amenities like food and shopping are also lacking unlike in malacca and KL. So should SG build 1?

then can compared the prices and services offered by different operator -
i do agree that it should have a centralised terminal for buses to malaysia as it will looks more organised
personally i feels that the best location should be somewhere near kranji MRT station -
Jurong East will be next best. Buses must use second link then.

HarbourFront would be best as it can serve both Links. Expand HarbourFront Bus Terminal now so can have domestic and international terminal lah!

I heard that maybe all Malaysian Buses entering Singapore may centralised their place at Boon Lay or Habour Front.In future,the Boon Lay or Habour Front terminal will converted into a bus Terminal for Malaysian Buses entering Singapore.MAYBE.....WHO KNOWS????

Please give an idea where is the suitable place for Inter-States Malaysian Buses should stops at?
1) HabourFront
2) Boon Lay Temporary Bus Interchange
3) Kranji
4) Turf City

It would be chaos if u were to cram more FT into an alr small area -
Some of the coach drivers park and wash their buses @ former Kallang Gas factory or Lor 1 Geylang Terminal.

I prefer some geographically central spot, so that irrespective of 1st, 2nd or even the more distant future 3rd link, distance to the terminal from various parts of Singapore remain roughly the same.
Therefore, based on those choices, i'll stick to the old Tuff Club in Bukit Timah. As can be seen there's ample greenery from the surrounding golf course to absorb the noise & exhaust fumes from the vehicles ! I heard that there's no concrete cement and plans to build the terminal and to centralised the malaysian buses entering Singapore.
