should a terminal for bus to malaysia be built?

  Turf City was considered for a malaysia bus terminal before some years back.........

  The problem for Turf City is that it is infrastructurally unsound. There is no MRT, no bus and to reach Turf City you would have to make your way through narrow roads. Quite unsuitable considering there would be a high volume of traffic going in and out. I would prefer the location to be at Harbourfront. It is close to the city centre, also very close to the new IR, heh...heh...$$$, there is MRT, there are bus services, there is taxi stand, ferry terminal also have.
  
  I'm curious, who didn't want the terminal to be at HBF? Is it the express bus companies?

  I think the problems lies with the fact that they do not want prime land to be taken up by bus terminal.

  i would prefer this centralised interchange to be built somewhere near woodlands causeway or 2nd link and preferably not in the town area.....
