btw ayam, 386m isnt a zf mercz...tuk it juz now n heard no diff at all...gearbox button dun hav zf logo oso...
i tuk a svc26 mercz recently...guarantee zf...nt 496d i can confirm... -

SBS9844Z back wheel fell off when the bus was about to exit from WRI. And I don't think the replacement bus is a B9TL.
If you want to include SBS9888Y cameos, why didn't you include other services? SBS9888Y on S161 isn't the cameo of the year, even it is, it isn't ranked the 1st.

For me is also TIB1118X incident, but I won't really favor to go to the back and smell the 'BBQ' smell...
I also remembered the 1716M on service 65... Although it was more of norm then, the bus is now gone...
1128S lost its windscreen twice, once in a depot accident when it 'kissed' a 12 metre's back, and once when it collided at HBF, losing the left rear view mirror too.
Not to forget 1224Y which had its fuel line (or something in the engine) burst for twice in November, missing at least three trips due to delays to switch bus. One time the replacement was 591T, next was 886T.
These are so far the 'reflections' for this year... -

SBS9424C is laid up till 25 Sep 2008, while SBS9308E is now out of laid up -

seeing mark 2s go. thats very sad. mark 2s were one of my fav models. now as i type this post, we have not a single WA bodied air-con mark 2 on the island.
the on nearest is in batam
reading up on bus management operations and some old bus stuffs
learning is an important factor in life. in this hobby, it still hols true. this yr i come to appreciate how difficult 9and how ) to run a bus company let alone a start up.
also managed to learn loads about old bus operations in 2008
service 14 upgrade
many of u din know but i have always disliked service 14 for betraying me and going over to the dark side (92, and s14 amendment 1991) . today's bus 14 plies the old 92 route. a route i loved. i was digsuted to find ADD on the revamped 14 in 1991 as i was really accustomed to taking the OFs on s92.
my feelings for 14 changed dramatically when SBS added two VSOss and later the B9s. i have come to like 14 ah hem old 92 again . (i am a sucker for VSOs)
