There was once when I rode on a Mk III and the driver forgot to close the exit door. The bus moved as normal, with pax inside. He only realised the door was open when we stopped at a junction. Makes one doubt if the Mk III is equipped with a working accelerator lock....

Last time I also encounter this bef, but it's a Merz O405 on 70. I encountered the same thing... but on 858 toward airport. got once i rode on a MK4 (SBS26xxx) on service 15.
the BC didnt noticed that the exit was open when he left the bus stop at Before Parkway Parade.
a few pax avoided standing near to the door and some kept on pressing the bus stopping bell.
i'm sure the BC will be surprised that why he saw the exit door open before the next bus stop.. -

2779A last time also, between the Lor 4 Toa Payoh stop and the Toa Payoh Central stop, driver dint close the rear door, but still can speed. That time still not Nokia bus, if it was Nokia bus then, I wouldn't want to seat at the sofa facing the rear door.

The BC closed the door. But after 3/4 of closure , the door suddenly *PSSSSHH* opens again . Then the BC chionged at abt 50km/h with the doors wide open. Faulty doors or switch i tink. -
one of 852's lances have this door prob last time.. malaysian lance.
the front door close, then pst open by itsef. lol bc tried so hard to close it, until he notice got something trap in the door. never got to knew what was trapped cos he threw it out on the road
