Hi, Seems like the Nite Owl business is getting better.
I see 7N with standing passengers on Sim Lim area.
Guess some area like Kim Seng road area is reduntant.....

the 6N i was on has someone on every seat in the bus when it left town. Someone on every seat doesnt mean fully seated

Yes 3N and NR3 quite the same. The only lose out for 3N is the speed as compare with NR3.

A couple of weeks back, i was in town for a midnight movie. While going home, both 6N and NR6 arrived at the bus stop together.
Took 6N. Alighted at Yio Chu Kang Rd, walk into Hougang Ave 8 and back. When i arrived at the opp bus stop that i alighted, then i saw NR6 arriving. -
Another advantage for season pass holders, SBST nite owl accepts concession ! I will take 7N over NR7 (Bus stopped at my place) anyday.
Faster and less crowded. -

Personally, i will stick to NiteOwl if i can. At least they stick to the frequency that they've promised.

However, I prefer Night Riders over than Night Owls. Though Night Riders are slower, their routes are far more comprehensive than the latter. It is like basic bus services in the night with of course extra charges. It is cheaper than taxis if one wants to travel late in the night at the stipulated timings.

NRs deploy bendies on festive season to meet demand, niteowl does not
NR has sometimes high freq of 15 mins. niteowl does not
Nr speed, niteowl no speeding .
NR free transfer and loop back to town. niteowl no do that.
NR go HBF, nite owl no do that
Niteowl free for seasonpass if driver agrees to it.
i came across driver deny me free ride.
Niteowl go one big round in town b4 hit highway. NR go faster way but hit one big rounds after town.
