and yes they rotate every week, same as the A/P buses. However, A/P buses rotate after the BC's off day. -

The general trend for AM Peak is this:
1st bus - quite packed, sometimes to door, especially if 2822H is 1st bus
2nd bus - Least pack bus already, as BCs are always early, hence no standees at all
3rd bus - fully seated, sometimes with a few standees
4th bus - Standing capacity, sometimes to door
4th bus onwards - stand to door most of the times, sometimes BC have to ask ppl to move in, sometimes skip the eunos mansion stop. If DD, then fully seated with some spaces in between.
15th bus - 17th bus - No standees
18th and 19th bus - Sometimes have standees
20th bus onwards - No more standees (After 9.45am already)
Observations based on the last bus stop before PIE -
