  Well over the course of being deployed on 969 (so-called deployed on 969) I've seen it only twice on 969, over 3 months.

  Yeah. Was seen on 911 ytd. I rmb one afternoon last year it was off service going down WL Ave 4 at 888 Plaza and after tat its never on 969

  Doubt it was ever. Having seen 969 everyday at least once... I've seen each of the 969 perms (except Sunday bendies) at least 10 times each. 1051D only 2.
  
  Not surprising if no bus replaced it, because was it ever perm in the first place?

  Im sorry but are you sure you saw the regos correctly? It's not TIB670L, its TIB670Z. That bus has Marigold Milk ad and is not a 167 perm, its a 75 perm. TIB746P is a AMDEP 969 perm, it can't have done 962. Maybe you saw another bus.
  Next time maybe take note of the ad as well, sometimes seeing the rego may confuse you. It's only a suggestion.

  No no, I am a regular 291 taker. Even myself can't identified which bus replaced which bus unless BC tells me. You can't determine by the bus droven by which BC also as 291 have jump bus, and also cannot determine through the sequence of bus as some buses do 1 trip then break, some 2 trips then break, sequence changes every round. There's still Mon-Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun PH time sheet. It's not easy to master Townlink services like 291 and 293
