Accident or Breakdown Thread 2008

According to my friend's blog , she say theres a drunkard guy who chased after a 307 bus . However , due to some reasons , he fell and injured himself when boarding the bus . This causes him to bleed from his nose , eyes and ears . Got one person tender to him before an ambulance arrived shortly. The SL also kept saying " I DIDNT KNOCK HIM DOWN"

i'd just alighted from TIB429E on 969 when i saw TIB1186Z parking in the bus bay. service crew had already arrived and are trying to solve the problem. suspect that engine failure had occurred. on its perm svc (913) at time of breakdown. -
SBS7327M at Hougang Ave 2, outside Bowen Sec (Twrds HG) with green man, 1 SBST truck and 1 pick up truck and a few students, spotted at ard 1245hrs.
SBS91M brokedown at S'goon Ctrl with brakedown triangle behind the bus, recovery truck also being spotted but both were leaving when I'm ready to take photo, orange triangle was also removed. Spotted this at around 1303hrs while on SBS586C.

SBS9424C have been repaired, but i dun think it will be on the road soon.
it was spotted inside AMDEP, with a freshly repainted rear, minus the rear signal light/brake light covers. -
last night: outside Novena stn.
Bus which brokedown: TIB660C (167 WLDEP).
the bus brokedown right in the middle of the road, causing a traffic jam between the junction of Thomson Rd/Balestier Rd and the junction of Thomson Rd/Newton Rd/Moulmien Rd. engine cover is being opened. -

Details:
1. I received an sms from someone about a breakdown at about 1824 hrs on 11 January 2008 (Details above).
2. The person also mentioned in his sms that a WA Merc with Berroca ad picked up the affected passengers. I believed that the affected passengers took SBS 0179U to continue their journey. -
SBS500A brakedown at Serangoon Ave 2 (Towards AMK), spotted on 2035hrs, recovery truck spotted and later the bus move with the recovery truck following behind.

TIB 919 H (AM 980) spotted at B08 Marymount rd at 3. 17 pm with no pax, if im not wrong there was a driver there. EDS displayed "ANG MO KIO DEPOT". anyone knows what happened? thnks in advance.

I boarded 187 TIB 1089 K this morning and it has a strong burnt rubber smell.
It was unbearable.
The driver alighted to check,
the back wheel of the bendy had black fumes and smoke coming out...

Yesterday TIB 0922 Y on 853 broke down at a bus stop along Boundary Road towards Yishun, engine cover was opened and front EDS read "OFF SERVICE".
The bus stop was packed with people. -

On 18 January, SBS9339R [BN 30] broke down at bus-stop opp corporation lplace along corporation Rd towards Boon Lay. SBST truck was seen at around evening. -

Somemore is a MB0405 (WA) but according to the STOMPER, it was a svc 130 bus so I think it must be SBS95C...
