NTU buses may be SBS2818X, SBS 2822 L and etc....
It would be vauge to report such breakdown in such manner
Use the style given by SBS2695H or at least follow such format
SBS€€€€$ breakdown/accident at €€€€, service €€€, some details for breakdown or accident such as state of bus or is BC on bus...
And as chickenlittle2 had said, which bus did not breakdown, remember even new bus do breakdown on 1st day as SMB1H did.

maybe he seating near BC, i had ease seeing the speed by seating at apporiate places just enough to see dashboard, or if cannot find apporiate seats, i stand next to the BC
if u can hear e engine u can have a rough idea as to how fast e bus is moving. if the engine roars very loudly non-stop it is avg 60kph.

I beg to differ,Most SG auto buses engine roar even though the speedo show only 55kmh.I've taken Msian Triton Lance which engine does not roar loud with it speedo showing above 65kmh..The roar on acceptable speed suchs as 60 due to it speed limiter
