its ply service 157 from BL to TPY..it breakdown just leaving from boon lay interchange =)

SBS9032A(SL 157)
spotted breakdown 5pm+ today at Jurong West Ave 1 Blk 490 bus stop. Engine was off, i suspect engine was stalled or overheat. the breakdown time shld be estimated at 4.45 to 5.15pm when i alight at that stop before tis timing. All destos are removed. Back of the bus has put up red triangle sign. The BC uses his handphone to call OCC for assistance and then go sit at bus stop there read newspaper. Until 6.50pm, the SBST tow truck arrived when spotted and i was surprised that the bus can actually move off at 6.56pm without relying on tow truck =.=
maybe rest too long le.

748J on NR6 broke down at junction of orchard road/handy road this early morning 1.15am. passengers waiting on pedestrian pathway.

SBS9805L on svc 12 spotted at Bedok South Road just now, stalled just before the bus stop.

SBS9382P broke down at Still Road at abt 12 noon on Svc 51. BC was going out to place triangle when I was on TIB749G on 966
SBS3818P broke down at the bus stop opposite Parkway Parade. Saw it at 4.00pm + while waiting for 966 towards WRI. SBST Recovery truck was at the scene and after 2 mins the bus was being driven off and the SBST recovery truck left

Just now at about 12.30am, saw a SMRT OAC 405 being towed by a private tow truck along Airport Road into the Traffic Police compound.
The bus looks undamaged, but if it was towed into the TP compound along Airport Road (opp the Air Force School), then it must have gotten into an accident which caused injury or death.
Don't ask me for the rego, as I was too far away to see the rego, and the ad on the bus as well. Just saw that it was a OAC 405 with a ad.

TIB619Z knocked down a motorcycle at Upp Thomson Rd/Sin Ming Avenue at around 8 to 9 pm.

Female cyclist killed in road accident involving an SBS bus
SINGAPORE: A woman cyclist was killed in a road accident this morning involving an SBS bus, along Lorong 8 Toa Payoh in central Singapore.
Police received a call at about 6.30am.
The cyclist, known as Madam Pang, was in her 50s.
She was pronounced dead by paramedics.
Channel NewsAsia understands that when the accident happened, the bus was on the main road going straight, while the cyclist was coming out from a side road.
Police are investigating the accident.

SBS2720T got into an accident while on service 16 at Bras Basah Rd at around 1+pm. I was on SBS9434Z on 166 when i witnessed it. The bus captain and the driver of the car which it hit were arguing. No police were seen nearby.

At around 4.10 Pm tdy, service 73 brokedown along Braddell Rd(Blk 219) nt sure the plate no but it is a Merc bus...

SBS9416B on 30 today spotted breakdown 5pm+ @ Boon Lay Int svc 30 berth. SBST maintenance truck has arrived. The bus rear engine cover was opened and there was leaking from the bus itself. SBS9497S came as an replacement for 9416. Engine was off at tat time.

238. Its just after the bridge before it turns into Braddell Rd.
U can see the bridge railings from the photo shown on the chinese evening papers.

tow truck towed it away at 6.25pm.
