I do remember that a Lance got involved in an accident with another lorry on Lentor a few years ago, was it 0939A? Because from what I remembered it was 0914X.

yeah. basically for SMRT buses, all the radiators are at the right-offside, beside the engine compartment, except for the DAFs, which are at the front. with the radiator placed at the front, that explains the 'ugly' bodywork.Originally posted by ^tamago^:the radiators of both merc and lance are at the back. -

Confirmed TIB939A, saw it turning into Lentor Ave from AMDEP direction this morning, with a dented front on the left side headlight

939 really suay buses,breakdown,accident,people fell on board,maybe have to put standby rather that 852 perm..but good on acceleration and top speed

TIB939A is back on service 852 as of yesterday, its front is being replaced by its original Dennis Lance cover -

DAFs and OAC Scania Striders doesn't really make a difference...they have similar doorbell signs, interiors, entrance/exit doors, green cushion seats, air-conditioning systems, emergency air vents. Except that engines are different, of course
. They were the 1st secondary bus models that Tibs bought in from Europe during 1995, apart from the Hispano Merc 0405 buses. -

Ermm , 985 may still have DAF's but since its KJDEP minority , maybe can see lances more
