If you guys want to edit photos, train up your own skills to get good photos instead of STEALING photos. Even with credits, does it meant that no permission is needed from the owner? If you are uncapable of taking photos, don't be idiots thinking that you can use photos from others to create you own masterpiece.

Well, guys let me point out certain things as to what simple_boi have said...
First of all, before you do anything to someone else's pictures. Please try to ask yourself this questions closely..
- Am I plagiarising someone else's picutres?
- Am I making use of someone else's pictures w/o the owner's permission and edit so that I'm clever in editing or acting as though I'm artistic or an expert to alter their pictures?
- By taking picutres from someone else, am I aware that I might being caught or sued by the owner?
Please show some consideration to someone else's picture, you will not know that you might be caught some day by the owner. However, by putting the credits, it does not mean that you can make use of the pictures when no permission from the owner is granted.
THINK TWICE before you do ANYTHING!! -
aiya to SMRT BUSES LuvER, SBS8033D, Trainer Eugene whatever, and the people owning the photos. those people who have not been rightfully granted permission from the author to edit and release a new copy of the photo online, do you know legal action can be taken against you?
its not like we've never told you guys before, please use your own pictures or personally ask for permission from the author to use their photos to do whatever dumb things you did on the earlier pages.
sick and tired of people using other's people's pictures without prior permission, not only that, releasing the author's work onto the worldwide web without even consulting the author. this is illegal.
not everyone would like you to use their photo and practically destroy the beauty in it. which most of you did and think its funny.

I can still remember that I have asked them(Dolphinairlines, and sbs9684t) if I could use their pictures.

asking is no use. they must give u the go ahead before u can post it up. of course nobody will know if u just edit for fun and save it into ur com.

I know this is a really big matter when it comes to copyright infringement. For me, i dun care what you all guys wanna do to my pics available on my website because it's a work of art and i am proud to share them all with the world. If you ask me for permission of use of photos, i will 95 percent allow you to do so. I dun strictly ask for credit in the pic. Credit me or don't credit me, up to you.
This is my stand to the problem.

There's no need to share you stand down here. You don't care about it, it is your problem. So does it mean you can break the law in any case? Can you just use brain to think rather than always having your own stand. There wouldn't be any lawyers if all people are just like you. -

It is just a respect to the owner by seeking permission. Not I being prejudice against you. I would definitely let you do it if you ever seek permission.
