Why dun take 7485/7489 and put it on Sv 60 instead? why must take from Sv 88?
what is the difference of putting WAB SD and WAB DD on Sv 60? both also can carry PIW mah. Do u think that PIW prefer to take WAB DD on Sv 60 ah?

But PIW can't board if there are standees at the PIW area. A higher seating capacity is best in this case.

there are alway standees at the PIW area even for B9TLs..Sv 72 B9 alway have a lot of standee at the PIW area.
it all come to cooperation from all the passengers, if a PIW want to board the bus..If not, SBST and SMRT will have to buy DD for all their new buses alrd.

dude..cos BR143 has no SD block..and taking away 2 B9TL would mean 143 would no longer be WAB service and whats the point when BR143 BCs have received WAB training...i dun mind the BR143 B9TLa moving over but u mus understand the constraints..
u must understand the demand for 60 can be crazy at times..
due to high demand u cant expect 6 K230UBs in the fleet to serve all the passengers..

What is wrong with 6 Scanias and having the LO3x and VO3x serving Svc 60? In fact the Scanias can take up to 2 wheelchair pax. Isn't that supposed to be better for the PIW? And the Scanias are replacing EXISTING SD slots, so what's your problem?

whats my problem?? 60 should get WAB DD instead of the Scania K230UBs...

currently with so little seats...and such high demand, the influx of people would meant many standing passengers...and many would be standing all around the backrests...then u have a PIW...abit space consuming leh? what if 2
...at least DD can pack in more people...esp peak hours...60 getting K230s..it shoulden be all 6 K230s...should be a mixture of K230UBs and B9TLs...whether u dig with my case or not is up to you..this is solely my opinion

So, only svc 60 in Singapore has this problem ? There are lots of other services that should be using WAB DD buses ahead of svc 60. Which svcs you may ask ? 197 and 166 are the best examples. Period.

i agree that 166 and 197 needs them..but since 60 has gotten K230s why not push for just 1 or 2 B9TL...
197 should be transferred to bndep in exchange with 81...hgdep and slbp throws whatever it doesnt like onto 197...the 0405s, MKIIIs LO3x and Batch 1s are notorious for being very horrible.
166 service leader isnt persistent enough...quite sad..all they could get is 9889 ![]()

If it happens that there are 2 PIWs onboard k230 boarding at Eunos Int during PM Peak, then some of those who are waiting at the next stop (Sims Ave) need not board and the scania can become 60e and express all the way to Bedok Rsvr Rd ![]()
60 is like 64. K230UB + DD is enough for old folks. Unless it passes by some place which PIW really uses.
Actually I'm still wondering why Svc 60 needs low-floor unless a lot of old folks uses it. So I might need to see the loads personally again.

62 is also another example. but gets to be spammed with K230. recently having B9TL exchange with K230.

The LO3x on Svc 197 are ok ma.. I do agree that the VO3x are really horrible. Missing aircon outlets and rubbish all over.

The LO3x esp the 907X series all no strength one..compare it with 143, 154, 157 and 179 ones...the interior very dirty also esp upper deck..most BCs dun like do 197...thats why alot of blank slots...the 0405 and LO in very bad shape same for VO3x and MKIII

no, i dun like Sv 88 a lot. I dun take SV 88 also. I am not hurt at all. There are so many services BCs which undergo WAB training . So no big deal if BR143 BC have receive the training. If remove the two BR B9 from Sv 143, why cant Sv 143 be WAB ? Do u really believe that it need 50% of the fleet to be with WAB? And even BR143 does not have SD block, the SD still cameo a lot on BR 143? Dont they? If that is the case, then BR143 should not be using any SD cameo. It should be using DD cameo, or even B9 cameo.
So 6 K230 is not enough to serve the passengers on SV 60? Then might ask well ask SBST to buy another 2000 more B9 instead to put on every Sv, so that the bus wont be full of passengers. And base on your logic, for SV 238, i think it would be better to put B9TL on it, since it is alway so crowded with passengers, so the PIW wont stand any chance to board it..
