So far i see Bukit Panjang Ring Road, Fajar Road, Senja Road, Teck Whye Ave, Choa Chu Kang Way, up with all the blank SBST bus plates..... with no numbers and news banners at the bus stops.
Saw from this forum and newspapers that new premium bus services operated by SBST coming up next week. Wonder how the routes will be like. Where are the buses heading for?????
Anyway, the plates on Bukit Panjang are weird. They head towards the West and not the city. Wonder where they go.....
Anybody with latest info?

Bukit Panjang/CCK then Bukit Batok Rd then Jurong Town Hall Rd then AYE, fastest route, cos if you go via Whitley, jam, Thomson, jam, and there is no slip road from PIE (Changi) to CTE (City).

add on...Although Bukit Batok Rd and Jurong Town Hall Rd does get jam in the morning, the jam isn't as bad as Whitley or Thomson.
from choa chu kang , bukit panjang to town quickest way is KJE - BKE - PIE or BKE - PIE ....
No hopes for a cityshopper service?

I said that the apparrent route taken by the new Premum services are faster because they encounter less jams enroute. The traditional way of entering the city via Whitley is jammed up, and it doesn't make any sense for a Financial district premium to enter via Whitley whilst trying to compete with 700, as the difference in travelling time gained, if any, would be marginal.
full day cityshopper service confirm snatch away alot of 190/700 customer in orchard.
$3 for a seat is good lobang .. :D

Good... Snatch away as many as possible.
By the way, this morning at Petir Rd (2nd bus stop, just before BKE towards Shenton Way), 2-3 Service 700 rigid buses just "zoom" past and not picking up any passengers.. When TIB885X (Service 180/700 x-over) came after the 2-3 rigid buses I mentioned, it also "zoom" past without picking up any passengers.. Good luck to all those pitiful passengers who waited for 3-4 Service 700 buses but it never failed to "zoom" past and not picking up any passengers..
If it's really going to be a Premium Service instead of Cityshopper Service, I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to welcome it and snatch away as many passengers as possible..
There's Sv 528 also, $5 (ComfortDelGro)
Cashew Rd -> Petir Rd -> Jelebu Rd -> Bt Panjang Rd
CBD: Raffles Htl -> Suntec CC -> Coller Quay -> Raffles Quay -> Shenton Way *UIC Bldg only -> Anson Rd *Int'l Bldg
Departure from Cashew Rd: 0750

Nono! It's SMRT forcing themselves to lose some regular passengers.. As usual even with the crossover bendies from Service 963 and 180, it still cannot cope with the overloading demand... Passengers waiting at Petir Rd suffer the most and I can truly understand how they feel and their frustrated expressions..
EDIT: Pai seh... What I mean for the crossover bendies is for Service 700, in case anyone don't know..
Finally different colours in CCK area
Dunno why the Upp Bt Timah one kena rejected
There's a service 557 under xover from service 165, due to start on Monday. Drivers were trained on 19th and 20th Feb.

From the way you are saying this seems to be a very last minute and very rushed job.
No prizes for guessing the xover service for 569 ![]()
