  Service 2: On weekends, will exchange all ASDs with Service 10 for ADDs.

  Service 7: On weekends, will exchange all ASDs with Service 196 for ADDs.

  This allows better distribution of resources for the optimum bus services for our fellow commuters on weekends. Just like what is done between Service 190 and Services 180/184 and between Service 106 and 189 on weekends currently. Seriously, does Service 10/196's weekends load warrent the need for so many double decks as compared to Service 2/7's load on weekends?  As long as the 50% WAB quota is met, is should not a problem.
