Whoa mad... If 196 like a normal WAB service definitely need more than 50% B9TL/KUB rite? I believe there is a ruling on WAB services... And SD CMI on 196... The loading is massively crazy, full DD more appropriate... I think you should be the most understanding person of this problem of 196 coz you take it to school daily... Maybe something like 25 B9TLs, 14 VO3x, 5 LO3x would be more apt... Loadings along MP Road when schools dismiss is really -_-... Buses going towards Bedok at that time from St. Pat's already full to the door, no need to mention more about VS liaoz... Think 196 should downroute from TKGS that side towards Bedok during lunch hours on school days...

lol. the thing is that 196 has very low demand off peak. but peak demand is very strong. so full DD may not be feasible.
