From what I heard from usual BC talks is;
Some WLDEP BCs transfered over to KJDEP.
Some 852 AMDEP BCs transfer over to 167 AMDEP shifts. (My BC friend working on PM02 during 1st week of redeployments)
TIB868 running around like mad on WLDEP services. Did 913 for 2 days.
TIB1025E first weekday of redeployment working for 960/962A crossover
TIB821E transfered out of AM and back at KJ. (poor thing)
859 STILL under control by AMDEP thanks to the 2 x-over AM School peak slot from 854 and 851 respectively. Usually Lances and Mercs perform it. Rare cases of Habits on those 2 slots.
TIB1238M, TIB1237K, TIB1241Y and TIB1171R found their new homes with Service 106. Maybe former 859 BCs swapped towards 106.

If I am not mistaken TIB1042E starts off from WLDEP when brand new, after which it got bounced between KJDEP and AMDEP. I remembered seeing TIB1042E on services 851 and 980 somewhere in 2005.
TIB821E was once a permer of KJDEP 167 when new in 1996. After which it landed on service 190 perm when service 167's duties were out from KJDEP. It only went to AMDEP on service 859 only for a short period of time before it went back to KJDEP again.

i read Sin Ming juz now. the reporter said that the Chinese BC knew the route very well. 8/10. but for driving skills he scored 6/10.

Marina Centre services should be getting partial AMDEP control IMO...
AMDEP 859 BCs mostly went to 106 and 190. two of them went to do 106/190. which is mon-thu 106 to replace the 4 full day amdep blocks. fri-sat do 190 to replace the 190 2 full day amdep blocks. sunday off day. 190 s shifter does s shift on weekdays and TQ on sat. sunday off day. total of 15. 8 in AM106, 5 in AM190 and 2 in AM106/190. the last guy standby. dunno if he went into 985

For service skills I would give 3/10. Last week, I met a 985 Chinese BC who drove to the bus bay and realised he couldnt get the ezlink system working. He then shooed us off the bus before driving back to the parking lot to get it working. After wasting 5 mins, another BC helped him and we finally got going. At least he smiled apologetically when he drove back to the bus bay.

Maybe it's time for them to reverse that decision and have 173 back to KJDEP. Seriously, Clementi and BBT are nowhere near WLDEP.

You could see that this is one of their steps to make part of BBT services under WLDEP, and if they do so, they will have less buses to deal with WL services, and in turn, Kranji will service WL services one day too...
As in BBT comes under partial WLDEP partial KJDEP, and so does WL itself. If they do so, then that also means that there is phrase two of the operations. So far there are no information on that and we should also rest that aside.
But CCK would most likely remain under majority KJDEP if this is to occur.
Geographically, WLDEP and KJDEP is too near each other, and if so, as its already done, it would require the two depots to work together, instead of fighting over who should control what route (I know that they would not have time to fight of course), just like BR and AM, BB and AR of SBST, they cooperate together.
Unless there is a depot in BBT or CCK area, then there will be a more clear cut in operations.
Haiz... Life is like this, thanx to management, the employees are the ones who suffer. It is coming to a month since the reshufflement. I hope all the BC who had been reshuffled had all settled in. It ain't easy but have to try as life still goes on.
Haven heard from TIBS 1171R for a long time.... Heard he moved to drive 106... Used to see him driving 859.
Now
