  Dont you think 170 buses to larkin are too few? The buses mostly go to kotaraya ter and there is often a big crowd waiting for larkin bound ones.

  Has SBS9149Y really been scrapped? A check on onemotoring reveals that SBS9149Y is still on laid up, not yet deregistered. Or onemotoring is not updated?

  yes. 1 trip on a trunk service like 162 or 197 before doing their respective N services.

  There is no N shift for SMRT. It is used for all SBST Niteowls and was used for 409.

  how often do bus services get crossover? i spotted many times in the front seats where there are other bus number boards in other buses...the other day i was taking 83 i saw the board with 109 at  the front seat...

  is it a choice of the BC to choose any kind of bus at the bus depot?

  specifically which kind of buses have cameras and have announcements for passengers to move to the rear...?

  cameo or crossover. timesheets states 2 different services if they do a crossover to another service. usually its an S or E Shift that does the crossover.

  no. but i heard of BCs requesting though. but not all the time those are met.

  cameras eh? most mark IV DM, Strider, DM3500, VO3xs, K230UBs, all Dennis Tridents, B10TLs and B9TLs.

  Ok sorry. This means that the annoucements are only used during the peak. By the way, is it the same voice as the NEL when being used?

  I think the announcement will only be used when the bus is fully packed..

  I think announcement is like china style, it is activated with the pressing of a button by the bc, if bus not crowded, bc would not have pressed the button.

  Is it the NEL station Man Voice used in NEL's station's "If you see any suspicious article...."? I hope its that voice. Or at least the normal NEL in train female voice.

  Should not be the voice as the system should have been installed long before the new announcement voice came out
