The windows are all one pieces, and looks similar to the OAC ones.

Try comparing it with TIB 0488J (WLDEP 857). Looks about the same just that A/C brand is different.
The first ETD for SMB 0001H is expected to be at 1000 hrs, so I need a fast way to get from the South East to the North West. Which option (A or B) do you all think will be faster?
A: Service 225 > Bedok Interchange > MRT (Bedok to Choa Chu Kang)
B: Service 45 > Eunos > Service 5 > (52079) Opposite Trellis Towers > Service 985 > Choa Chu Kang
If anyone has suggestions about a faster route, don't mind that you can post it here? Thanks.

You Can try..
Eunos > 966 > Pending > from Pending LRT to Choa Chu Kang LRT
or
Eunos > 5 > Far East Plaza > 190

Instead of 985 all the way to CCK (which is long in BBT), transfer to 67 at Upp Bukit Timah Rd (Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary Sch/Shell).
Apologies to trouble you all but...
I urgently need timings (after 1545 hrs) of SBS 9199C on Service 168 for this Friday only. Does anyone have background information so far? Due to my own commitments, I have no time to claim the timings of Service 168.
Hi all,
Have a question here. Sometimes when taking bus 51 in the morning towards hougang direction, always have this case of 2 or 3 buses coming together at the same time. One bus will end up taking down the service number and cease to pick up passengers, only stopping at stops where passengers want to alight. But sometimes, even though there are 3 buses moving together, not even one will take down the service number, all 3 will continue to serve all the stops which makes it even slower...
Any reason for the driver to take down the number? I believe this happens frequently to 74 as well.

It's SBS1975G. It's refurbished with red seats and is the only one, for strider that is.
I believe that the 2 extra seats are only featured on the second batch? (Correct me if I'm wrong)

hmm...my experience was with 27...they always have buses picking up passengers from interchange and a bus without the plate will drive straight to the traffic light before compassvale Rd and be in service to pick up passengers from that bus stop. The reason for this is because by the time 27 reaches that bus stop from hougang interchange, the bus will be jam packed. and those at that bus stop will have to wait for the next one and if unlucky enough, packed again.
as for ur case i don't know why it allows passengers to alight...maybe it's fast forward services?

board the bus from queenstown, heading to eunos. sometimes 2 buses will reach together and one bus will be without number. in other cases, when i am lucky, the bus i take will take down it's number somewhere in paya lebar, making the trip much faster.

might be the reason. thanks.

yrs is different and understandble.
for my case, when the bus takes down the number, there are still passengers in the bus, and have to let them alight at the respective stops instead of asking all to transfer to the next bus.

When they have enough buses and manpower.
Some VSOs, as I have noticed, have this sticker on the window.
"No reverse parking for B10TLs."
"Only head-on parking for B10TLs."
Why so?
